Its not been a bad week, probably one of the best weeks in months. Its appears I'm coping, and able to concentrate at work too. Turned up at work wearing a hoodie to shield me from the 'summer' weather, looking more like one of the pot smoking college kids I see down the alley on the way to town. Its only clothing.
Ant came around last night. We caught up on current affairs in our lives, had battered cod with new potatoes and salad with french dressing, plus five strength java which unfortunatley briefly reminded him of work. Got a reasonable amount of sleep, but as ever more is better.
I woke up to Kerrang radio, as I do every morning. I'm realising that they rarely play any good music in the morning. This in addition to the DJs attempting to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Either that, or they are the lowest common denominator. I find myself spending the rest of the day attempting to remove the ungody songs from my head.
\\update. A cognative itch eh? So thats what an annoying repetetive song does to your mind.

The real pain is that apparently, to remove the 'itch' you have to keep playing the song over and over.
Kerrang or the clackson alarm? Talk about rock and a hard place.
