unfortunately for me, the dreams i have that are that vivid and real are my nightmares. they are graphic, horrific, and so real that when i wake up, i go through the trauma of them like they have actually happened.

not sure why i'm unloading all of this onto your journal...

it is. truly. i have dealt with it since i was really little... one of the pieces of being me i guess.
