Character: Next Media Animation on Apophis
Click to viewI used it twice. Yesterday, I used it during a lecture on the features of Earth that support life in response to a student who had asked about the possiblity of an asteroid hitting. Today, I used it as the finale of a lecture about metamorphic processes in which one of the processes was meteorite impact. It actually worked better yesterday, when I pulled it out spontaneously.
I did have the two NMA videos that I blogged about cued up for my Global Politics of Food class, but didn't use them today. Next week.
