Rantings of An Early Morning
12:30am....finally falls fast asleep and beings to dream about relaxing on a nice white beach in Hawaii.......3:00am roommate enters apt with a wave of noise as usual and breaks my restful slumber and happy dreams.....5:30am alarm claxon goes off and i desperately try to shut off the tv instead of the alarm clock....6:30am arrive at my lovely job in the heart of the old port ready to book lots of cars for people........in reality fuck all the tourists this morning I just wanna go back to bed and finish sunbathing on the beach. God do I miss being back in the UK....life was so much more colorful there, jobs were plentiful, apts were reasonally priced, the people were nice, clubs and gay bois were practically unexhaustable....geez what more could a guy like me ask for.....ive definitly got the motivation to move and its pretty easy to get a simple work visa for 6 months and go from there......problem is as always I don't have the necessary funds to afford an apt and to my dismay I don't have any current friends over there to put me up for any time period....oh well I guess I'm simply content staying in Portland, Maine for a while longer lol....I'll eventually be in Providence by the summer and that will definitly be a refreshing of life for me and a good change of pace.....seem to be going nowwhere in this city of late and the feeling just gets worse and worse...plus I feel the need to be closer to my family....lately I've really just wanted them around more and more to keep me company and its really a pain to have to drive back and forth from Maine to North Smithfield....3 hours is a lot of driving time for just one way lol ......I also can't believe that Christmans is right around the corner as well...Got back from the UK and then looked at the calender and Christmas is next week and of course I have no funds available to pay for gifts this year which really sucks but hey thats how the cards get played sometimes I guess.....Oh my family will live and understand...at least I am going to be showing up for it this year which has to speak for at least something lol.....Well back to my work day before I rant anylonger...........
