The party on the 4th was the greatest ever. I dropped approx. $200 on fireworks and even more on drinks. Our backyard looks like a warzone. I learned that pudding makes for an awesome plooping sounds when it explodes and others learned that when I ran toward them yelling shit and fuck that someone thing was about to explode. We escalated up the night going from a single bottle rocket to two taped together, to finally 15+ rockets taped with a m-1000's attached. The best was the double launch rockets connected to 30 min-bottle rockets. It completely flipped and run into the neighbors shed and exploded. So good.
