Chapter 2:
Takanori sat at a table in the cafeteria doing his math. He glanced around, looking for Akira. Nothing. Takanori sighed. Of course he's not coming. All people ever do is lie. Nothing more, nothing less.
"Come on, I have to hurry!" Akira sighed, irritated. He went to open the door, but was grabbed by the wrist. He turned back around, "What now, Yuu?" Yuu let go, "I just want to know why you're in such a rush to leave. Got a date?" Akira opened the door, "In a way." With that he was out the door, running to the cafeteria.
Takanori put his books away in his bag and stood up. He was almost to the door, when it was flung open. Takanori sighed and looked down, "Took you long enough. I thought you weren't coming." Akira smiled, walking over to the table, "Why wouldn't I come? It was my idea." Takanori sat across from him and shrugged, "It's what everyone else does." Akira blinked. "Well I'm not everyone else." Takanori looked up, surprised. Akira pulled out his lunch and began eating, "Where's your lunch?" "My father doesn't let me eat much." Akira slid over to sit next to him, "Well then I'll share with you."

Yuu grabbed his bag and walked out of the room. "I wonder what that was about." He said out loud, then stopped, "Great. Now I'm talking to myself." He turned the corner, and bumped into a person. "Ah, sorry." He said, holding out his hand to the fallen brunette. The other took his hand and pulled himself up, "It's okay, it was my fault." Before Yuu could argue, the other was gone. Yuu shrugged and continued to the cafeteria. He was pretty hot.

Akira finished his beverage before looking at Takanori, "So why doesn't he let you eat?" Takanori sighed, "Because he doesn't want me getting fat." Akira stared, "...Really?" Takanori nodded, not looking up from his hands. They sat in silence for a few minutes before Akira started talking again, "You wanna come over after school?" Takanori nodded, "Okay."

Yuu sat down across from Akira, "So this is your 'date' that was so important!" He smirked, earning a glare from Akira. "I'm kidding! Jeez man, calm down." Akira shook his head, "What took you so long getting here?" Yuu shrugged, "Oh, ya know. Just cleaning up from the project WE are supposed to be working on. And I ran into some one." "Who?" Akira asked. "Yeah, Just ignore the other half of that. I don't know, but he was cute." Aki sighed, "Of course you would say that." Yuu threw a peice of bread at him. "Hey! Shut up. I barely ever say it...Just think it."
Takanori listened to the two friends bicker while he drew in his notebook. He stopped when he felt eyes on him. He looked up to find Yuu gone and Akira staring at his notebook. "Um...Where's Yuu?" Akira looked at him, "Hmm? Oh, he went to do some work." The bell rang and Takanori jumped up and started walking toward the door. Akira grabbed his bag and followed.
