LONG past few days

Hoo... The past few days have strained me to the breaking point.

It all started Christmas Eve. Getting ready means clean, clean, clean! and wrapping presents, and clean! and Christmas cards and CLEANING. Despite that, everyone still had trouble falling asleep, like always. ;)

Christmas. Presents are open, floor's a mess with wrapping paper, all that stuff. I'm sitting playing my new GBA game, Zoids Legacy. (Man, they really didn't do a good translating job on that. There are spelling and grammatical errors EVERYWHERE. "Will you be my battle parter?") Anyway, then it's time for church -- at 10:30 AM. We went, there wasn't as much complaining this time amongst my three younger sibilings this time tho'. Afterwards, it was time to go to my mom's family to celebrate, like we do every year on Christmas day. This time, we don't even have to leave town! Our only relatives that live anywhere near us were having it this year. It was a lot of fun. All my cousins and aunts and uncles were there. Except, every single one of them is a girl, besides a five year old, a three year old, and a seventeen year old who likes to... what's that word again? oh yeah... SOCIALIZE. While the rest of us were upstairs playing my cousin's new Mario Power Tennis. It was lots of fun, then we hung up a little dart board and see how good we were at it. I was horrible. I was lucky if I could hit the board at all. Meanwhile, my cousin's got this life-size stand-up carboard thing of Legolas that scares the crap out of me whenever I walk into that room. We looked at an anime magazine. They kept saying stuff about Azu-Magna-Daioh being really funny but I wasn't really interested. Eventually, we left. Man were we tired.

But the week's trials were not to end there. The day after, we laid around all morning. Then a few of our cousins came over afterwards, for dinner and dessert. Meanwhile, I was showing one of my cousins Amanda a whole bunch of cool things on the computer, and I started to show her the FE4 FESSER project and we laughed. Before we got out of Chalphy Castle, though, Amanda's sister went a little too far with my little brother's new Spongebob skateboard, and they knocked over the computer tower under the desk. Amanda and I spent about half an hour untangling all the wires while trying to figure out why exactly the monitor worked, the tower worked, but nothing else happened. Then the adults took over and Amanda and I started drawing anime. OK. Then we all played Tales of Symphonia and voice-acting for the characters. Eventually they left.

Monday... we cleaned. A lot. After-Christmas cleaning is a pain in the butt.

Tuesday we, once again, drove over to our relative's house. It was my cousin's 17th birthday, and she got her driver's license that day. We had spaghetti and meatballs. MmMmMmMmmmMmmmMMMMmmmm

Yesterday, we drove up to Pennsylvania to my dad's best friend's house for a little celebration. They gave us gifts, against my mom's wishes. I think we all felt bad because we didn't give them anything. :( I got Elf on DVD(Yay^_^). We stuffed ourselves, then had pizza for dinner. Didn't get home till after midnight. Tired much.

Today... I went 'shopping' with Dad -- we went to the bookstore and the video game stores in the mall. I had to return a RuroKen manga my mom mistakenly got me that I already had, but I couldn't find #4 or #5. Because I got #6 and #7 at the party. Also, our dog ran out of the house and my parents spent twenty minutes finding him. Also, he has a vet appointment.

Tomorrow is New Year's Eve and we gotta prepare for my DAD's family, coming over on New Years Day. It's supposed to rain. It's gonna be hell, his family is big, our house is small. The last time I let them in my room they broke my Zoids models beyond repair.

Long week.

And yes, I did edit this. ;)
