Woot woot!
Alright! Another journal entry, finally! The weather is so totally awesome now too, I love the colder weathers than hot, and its stopped raining now, the sun is out, and there is a light breeze. So great...
So here's some updates about the band. I'm 99% sure we're going to change our name, but I don't know what its going to be yet. My friend Matt is giving me webspace, and a guy I know online can do our graphics, so we're going to have a kickass site! We have 3 completed songs now: "Interlude", "My Own Way", and "War of Words", but we keep updating those 3 to make them even better! Plus we've found our groove where I come up with the whole riff of the song, I take it to the band, we all work on it, make it totally awesome, then Kevin (sometimes Kevin and I) make up the lyrics. We're so going to be ready to make our big break at this year's talent show.
I just got a Less Than Jake cd yesterday, and its so fucking great. I just love ska music and how I can get up and dance to it if I wanted to. Its one of the reasons I'm in such a good mood right now.
Then in November during Thanksgiving break, myself and Matt Trettin are going to go to the Green Day concert! Hopefully at least...but yeah that's going to be so great. Hopefully Tristan can go as a birthday gift cause his birthday is the day before. I'm mad I can't go see Social Distortion the week before though, because its on a school night. I so want to see Matt Freeman in concert...
Homecoming is coming up, and yeah I know I'm going to go this year, because I skipped it the past two years. Then there's Winter Ball, so hopefully I can find a lady to go with me.
Anyway, I think that's pretty much it. I'm in a great mood right now, even if I'm doing my Lab Report for Chemistry, but its all good in the hood.
