Remote Assistance via eBay?

This one is sort of strange, but sort of a cool idea. I am half tempted to buy the hour and see if it is worth it. I must say this is the first time I have ever seen anything quite like this on eBay. Geek squad is charging way too much, so maybe something like this could be an alternative.
