holy focker!
so this was a focker moment (think the begining of the movie)
this morning i woke up at 8:30am and washed my clothes outside, no sun, wind. but NO RAIN! (even though the forecast called for it) so I was able to leave my sweaters outside to dry (leaving neighbors to wonder why the hell someone in Miami owns so many sweaters!)
My next stop was Walgreens because I needed one more Medium sized box to ship some shoes and sweaters to myself (NOTE: I am flying with food in a big bag so I can only hold one suitcase!) There was ONE and ONLY ONE medium sized box left! It was perfect!
Next, the Bank. If anyone knows the streets between 71st and 77th on Collins you know the headache that it is to get a parking spot in which you don't have to parallel park or get a space at all because the traffic on that street usually doesn't give you enough time to! BUT THEN with a light beam and some church..er temple music I spot 3 consecutive empty spaces right in front of the bank! OH MY GOODNESS
THEN, as if I wasn't already thinking WTF this is so awesome and weird! THERE WAS NO LINE AT THE BANK!! Usually, there is atleast a 25min LINE! The guy was like just come on over here! IT was nuTS! He even changed all my loose change into bills! All $16 dollars of it!
Then when I went to get out of the spot this lady was trying to park behind me BUT THERE WERE NO CARS COMING SO I WAS EASILY ABLE TO GET OUT!
Finally, I bought The Producers Soundtrack, the new Green Day CD, and The Shins CD with a $10 off Best Buy Rewards coupon! WORD TO MY MOTHA!
And the lady at Fedex was really nice and I helped TWO old men out trying to find the right slips to use! FedEx Ground NOT international!!
