Full moon
It had been too long since I had a good moon-walk on the night of a full moon. I owed it to her - while I know she certainly likes that I've been awed by her beauty the past few nights, I owed her what I promised.
I was going to put it off for the weekend. But some friends mentioned that I should hang out with them outside, after we were admiring the bright yellow moon, low in the navy sky. And I said to myself you know what? It's a great opportunity.
And it was a great time! About 1.5 hours of being out, and while it was a bit chilly, my soon to be roommate and I chatted and got along great and I gave the moon what I promised her. I'm happy, and she's pleased.
Now I just have to do more packing. It hasn't QUITE hit me that tomorrow is the day I can start moving in to my new dorm for the summer, so I have been putting off cleaning and packing. Saturday is the big day; most of the moving will be done then.
So I'm going to pack for another hour, and get myself to bed.
