Poem: Cold
Looking out upon the moon in it's fullness reflecting light
Sitting still I think of and pray for you upon that night
Do you know
How hard it is to sit alone and let you go
Do you feel
How I feel when I'm away the coldness and chill
Do you see that space
By my side that should be filled by your face
Do you know you're the one holding my heart
Do you truly know without at least knowing you ok my day can not truly start
Do you understand I sit here still trying to shake off the cold
With thoughts of you over flowing my mind and my desire of you to hold
From my legs up my body the chill climbs
If you stay away too long I will freeze and be out of time
