Night headhunters and whatnot
The Goo-Goo Muck: Daring, fragrant, and just a little bit beastly. Rich whole milk steamed with our house-made carameled cream, orange essence, and a touch of honey. Served with a double ristretto shot and, if you're weary and willing, a dollop of freshly whipped cream and a sultry drizzle of molten panache, er, ganache.
Garnish with unsweetened cocoa and a switchblade. Now, you'd better duck.
So, Halloween. I'd planned to put my costume together tonight, but I blew my costume fund on CDs. There's a problem there, I think. Don't worry, though, we have a backup plan. We'll wear our workclothes to the party with our boostiest bustier, fake eyelashes, black leather gloves, way more eyeliner than usual, and a wig. I didn't want to resort to this plan because it's been done, hon, but y'know what? It's a cheap costume because most of my wardrobe is that outfit with a lot less cleavage.
And now I have the new Soviettes album. See? Everybody's happy. I'll be Plan A next year. This year, we'll just substitute one obscure film reference with another.
