well, I don't suppose that anyone who would read this has been keeping up with Jack Thompson's fight against Take Two Interactive about their new video game, Bully. Basically, the judge allowed Take Two to release their game, and they filed a charge against Jack Thompson for contempt against the court. Some guy went to the court to tape the hearing

if you watch that, skip to about 3-4 minutes from the beginning
basically, the judge announced that he would be filing a contempt charge against JT himself, so he couldn't rule on the matter...so now Jack has 2 charges being filed against him...
and in other news, republicans have ridiculously flawed logic, as can be seen in THIS ADVERTISEMENT
