Whoa, this looks like a treat - I'm looking forwards to reading it! I don't have much in the way of archive suggestions apart from Henneth Annun; there is http://www.tolkienfanfiction.com/, as well.

I don't suppose you'll be putting this in downloadable PDF format, so that we could print it out and read it like a book?

I went looking for your DarkRiver after I read your tale at Quills and Ink (where I am not registered to comment). I loved it and hated to see it end. It earned a 4-hankie salute from me!
