Please tell me that you are all watching this amazing series. . .
I heard about this through my recent obssession with The Boondock Saints
and, of course, Norman Reedus and Sean Patrick Flanery.
Anyway, I DVR'd it Halloween because we were terrifying the neighborhood with our haunted yard display. What can I say, we really like Halloween and the kids in our neighborhood love us because of it.
Bottom Line:
If you aren't watching this series,
you don't know what you are missing!
Omg!
I've never watched a Zombie anything, where the Zombies are secondary to the story. These characters are amazing.
And, the fact that AMC is being pretty open to the no-holds-barred story telling. They cuss. They cuss like we cuss. One of the females characters called one of the guys an asshole and they use shit constantly.
When I saw the original trailer, I thought it was either going to be a movie, or I was going to have to break down and order a premium channel again.
I haven't had a premium channel since QAF went off the air.
So, the lead character Rick Grimes is played by Andrew Lincoln. He was in Love Actually and it blows my mind every time he talks in interviews without the American accent.
Norman Reedus [of my previously confessed BDS obessession] is going to be in the next episode as the brother of some asshole that Rick handcuffed to a pipe on top of a building surrounded by Zoms. Don't know if the dickhead survives or not.
AND DON'T TELL ME!
I just know I can't wait for the next episode and that the season is going to end way too soon as far as I am concerned.
