13. The Council [written]
The discussions in the council were interesting and informative. I now have an idea of how we should organize. The groups would be these:
1. Medical
2. Offensive Combat
3. Defensive Combat, such as fortifications
3. Supplies and storage
4. Couriers and informants: If the communicators ever fail, we will need runners to carry important messages.
5. Diplomacy, for those who are in contact with the Warden.
If most are in favor of these divisions, I will ask you to sign up for them in a later message. Those who are uncooperative will be ignored or reprimanded. Remember, we must work together in order to survive.
