That was fine. Remember, you'll only hit the floor if you tense up. Don't sabotage yourself. Trust your legs to hold you up. Trust your arms to catch you. And most importantly, don't hurt your neck trying to look at something that won't help you. Just lean back, and breathe, and trust."
