Well, I wrote my first article for demand. I'm going to wait to see if I get paid for it before I start writing more, but as long as pay is timely, I plan to write as much as I can for the extra money. It does take quite a while to write these articles, but that's partly because I'm getting use to their style and formatting guidelines, so I have to keep checking back to make sure I'm following the format they want. I think once I have that down, I'll be able to pump out articles pretty efficiently. I'm still looking for places to get published and things like that. I've bookmarked a few magazines, and I'm working on some projects for those, as well as keeping my eye out for a better job. Luckily, demand is something I can do from home, so I can take on a better paying opportunity and cut back on how many articles I write for demand. It will be interesting to see how this turns out. I'm considering of starting a blog just about writing. I imagine having some form of public persona might be good for potential jobs. Who knows if it'll ever pick up, but Yahtzee was discovered on youtube, so there is really hope for nearly any medium.
