I woke up this morning with a realization.  The voice I recognized in Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day is the same actress that plays Moaning Myrtle in Harry Potter.  Such a distinct voice.  I can't believe that's her actual voice.  Weird.

Her name is Shirley Henderson and I've only seen a couple movies with her in it.
