My doctor thinks I'm over-stressed. Considering I went to him because I thought I was having/had had a heart-attack, I think he might be right.
So, I'm on beta-blockers anyway because my tension was too high and I felt like I was carrying a pygmy elephant on my chest and I'm under strict instructions to calm the fuck down.
Yeah, that's gonna happen.
Well, at least I'm on holiday next week, that might help.
