Brian is taking a walk around town after an odd tour of his house. He's not planning to do anything nasty this night, but he is scoping out potential victims (transients, ladies of the night, people who won't be missed). Some people may see him as a familiar face--he's an art teacher at the local high school, well respected but harmless, keeps to himself for the most part.
