I planted tomato seeds on Sunday.
Covered them with plastic wrap to provide a bit of a greenhouse effect, kept them in the sun that starts at 9 and ends about 3 through the kitchen window. Richard pointed this out yesterday morning. "Hon, have you looked at these recently?"

This is 8:30 this evening.
OH MY STARS! I will have homegrown tomatoes!! Grape tomatoes, to be sure, viney so they're in the basket and I'll have to thin them, yes, but ... This is only 5 days!!! From seed. I'm amazed!
