This is Rölli.
A dirty troll that lives in a cottage in a forest by the lake.
I used to be afraid of him when I was very little, then later on I really enjoyed watching his tv-show and listening to the songs he sang. Still do enjoy.
They just don't do children's shows like that anymore.
