Danny Messer

Danny slid up to her with a smirk on his face. The same smirk he wore whenever he called her Montana or figured out something exceptionally clever...for him. Lindsay looked up at him, not quiet in the mood to flirt with him and not so much enjoying the glint in his eyes.

"What?" she asked after a moment of looking at him. Danny’s smirk grew into a full blow smile.

"Meow," Lindsay’s eyebrows shot up, her mouth hanging open in...well shock.

"Excuse me?" she asked after a moment of lapsed silence.

"Meow."

"Is there some sort of significance with cat’s that you’re trying to get at?" Danny shrugged and folded his hands on her desk,
dropping his chin onto them and looking up at her. Lindsay just looked at him, baffled. "Then...why are you meowing?"

"No reason," Danny whispered huskily at her. Lindsay narrowed her eyes at him and tapped her fingers distractedly.

"Alright, I’ll bite. What’s up?"

"Nothing, I just felt like meowing."

"There has to be a reason."

"No there doesn’t."

"There is usually a reason for why someone would just walk up to someone else and just start meowing!" Danny chuckled at her and shook his head.

"No. No there doesn’t," Lindsay watched him stand up and walk back over to his own desk. She glared at him as he worked, that stupid smirk on his face again.

"Yes there does."

Ryan Wolfe

"Monore," mumbled Lindsay sleepily into her cell, trying to see through the disheveled mess that was her hair. She muttered an okay and snapped her phone shut, dropping her head back down into her pillow with a groan.

"You have to go in?" Lindsay nodded, surpressing a yawn and looking over at Ryan next to her, offering him a weak smile.

"When does your flight leave?"

"Couple hours. Big case?"

"B&E," Ryan gave Lindsay a grin and leaned in to kiss her, pulling her down on top of him so she couldn’t leave quite yet.

Don Flack, Jr.

Was it sad that she didn’t care if he lived through this or not? Was it completely cruel and sickening to think that she wished he wouldn’t wake up? She hated him, he was mean, he was sarcastic and he thought she was a replacement for someone he knew and cared about.

But if she hated him so much, why was she still sitting by his side, holding onto his hand, trying not to cry?

Greg Sanders

Lindsay watched Greg work in the DNA lab. He looked upset and concentrated and peeved. He looked like he would rather be anywhere else at that moment then in the DNA lab. He kept checking the fume hood, like it was going to explode on him or something.

"Hey, Greg," said Lindsay after a moment, walking completely into the DNA lab from where she was standing in the doorway. Greg looked up at her and smiled, making her heart beat a little faster. "Have you come up with anything yet?"

"Despite the rumors Danny has been spreading around, I am magic," he said flirtatiously, handing her a sheet of paper. She reached for it, but he pulled back suddenly. "Let’s make a deal," he said, straightening up and holding the DNA result to his chest. "I’ll give you your results-"

"If..."

"If, you go out to dinner with me," Greg shook the sheet of paper in her face temptingly. Lindsay bit her lower lip, trying to hide back a smile.

"Sure, Greg."

Charlie Epps

"You know you talk too much," muttered Lindsay, looking up at Charlie as he paused to take a breath while explaining to her something about math that he totally got and she could care less about at that moment.

"Yeah, no kidding," said Charlie with a sigh, dropping his hands, which he had waved in front of himself as a demonstration. "You’re probably tiered. This case is..."

"We’re getting nowhere," finished Lindsay with a groan, dropping her into her hands and groaning again loudly, this time accompanied with a noise that sounded like something between a sigh and a scoff. Charlie looked at her funny.

"There’s always tomorrow," he said hopefully. Lindsay nodded into her arms and yawned loudly. Charlie shook his head at her, a smile glowing on his face. "Are you hungry?"

"Food?" asked Lindsay almost incoherently, lifting up her head to look at Charlie. He nodded at her.

"There’s some great 24 hour places around here, if you want, we could leave everything exactly the way it is...leave...eat....and try to solidify our brains so they don’t slip through our noses," Lindsay smiled at him and nodded.

"That sounds nice."
