Carly was born in Chicago, Illinois to a washed out concert pianist and a college vocal professor. Ever since she could remember, her parents had pushed her into the preforming arts, getting her into acting and assuming that she enjoyed it. Carly never like her parents living through her, and when she graduated from highschool in the top 10 percent of her class she went to the BAU to study criminal behavior.
Carly joined the FBI and Don Eppes team after working her way up through the BAU, jumping from studying criminals to catching them. She was partnered up with Colby Granger, who resented her for taking his old partner’s place. The two of them don’t get along on the job, but off the job, they get along just fine.
She’s a private person, but keeps close contact with Candice Nagler, a BAU agent she worked with before she switched departments. She and Candice (who like’s being called either Nagler or Andi) go out for drinks every Friday and toast to the deceased from their week and make poke fun at their co-workers.
Do to her preforming background, she’s used most often in undercover work. Carly enjoys it more than actually preforming, because she get’s to catch bad guys. Due to this fact, she has lots of clothes, shoes, make-up (some stage makeup) and wigs when the occasions present themselfs. That being said, she also enjoys showing up to work in different outfits. She does requests for Lorrie, who enjoys her optimism.
