The latest Bleach chapter made my inner fangirl squeal like there's no tomorrow! I haven't actually told this in my recent journal entries but I'm drowning myself in Bleach fandom. WHY?? Because IKKAKU/YUMICHIKA is MY OTP there! And I mean the only pair that I'm supporting in Bleach. (Coz I kind of respect Kubo-sensei and all) but argh, they're so slashable. I've tried and tried to suppress that fangirl side of mine but this has got to be the bomb. XD
I actually don't like the idea that Ikkaku lost to that... that... ugly, ugly big-headed guy but I guess it's part of the plot to make me squeal. XD Yes, if someone watched episode 118-119, Yumichika didn't even flinched one bit when Ikkaku's fighting with that arrancar thingy. He even calmly settled Ikkaku's funeral beforehand. (plus, it showed Ikkaku and Yumichika's past. Boy, was Yumichika ever so beautiful in that long hair of his!) But this:
The look on Yumichika's face was priceless. And that's not all!
Yes, Shuuhei stopped him!! Is it because he is worried for Yumichika? (Of course he is!) Btw, I'm also slightly involved with Shuuhei/Yumichika way back when Shuuhei tried to stop Yumichika. (Plus, Shuuhei is my favorite lieutenant so I couldn't resist pairing him with the ever pretty Yumichika)
Anyway, I'm looking forward to more of Ikkaku/Yumichika goodness. And slashness. Too bad, there're a few fanfics about them. *sobs* Mou, I should be back with my case studies!
