Hair and politics.

So I am gonna get my hair cut for the third time this week at 2 pm today.

First time, I tried it last Thursday myself (cause my last haircut worked out that way) and ruined it.

Then, I went to L'Attitudes Promenade (a horrible choice, I know) and brought with me a photo of Katherine Moennig (plays Shane on the L-Word) cause I really like her messy haircut.

The stylist totally didn't get what I wanted to do and though at the time I convinced myself that he did a good job and that I liked the cut, I really didn't.

Today, after I spent about 40 min on my hair and it looked worse than when I just got out of bed, I had a fit. I was late to class because of it, so I didn't go. Cause being 15-20 min late for a 50-min long class, is well, ridiculous.

I scheduled another appointment, this time to L'Attitudes Eaton Centre, which has good stylists.

Now I will have to cut my hair even shorter.

Needless to say, I really wasn't ready to change my hairstyle. I liked my longish hair and bangs a lot. I just wanted to trim it a bit and ruined it, while trying myself.

So I am very unhappy now.

Not to mention Stupid McSquinty won the fucking elections.

I voted NDP. Cause I wanna be able to say that neither the party in power NOR the opposition were my choice.

And my views are more democratic than liberal anyway.

The only good thing that might come out of it is another long weekend, if McSquinty holds up to his decision to make another holiday... Family Day. How fucking ridiculous.

I bet you that's why most people voted for him.

Well, I am off to look for pictures of VERY short haircuts. :(
