[Gellert looks up, grins and slips the book away as he rises and walks toward him.]

[Denzel comments to no one as the portal closes] You know it's ironic I rely on a child for this.

[As he closes his own book, slamming his fingers on that a little.] OW! Depth. [Made things a bit diffcult right off the bat but Denzel would quickly adjust much sooner then the first time. Sliding his fingers out and putting his book on Stand By, as that was closed. Carrying the book, under an arm and a purple knapsack, where his wand was and with Fawkes perching on the knapsack. Made his way towards, Gellert in his very nerdy Miuggle clothes. Meeting the other halfway and smiling]

Yes. I - DID! Hello. [Denzel's face twisted in what most would call a smile, but this was more a creepy smile.] It's good to see you in person again. [Offering a hand to shake]

[He clasps the hand in both of his own and gives it a squeeze.]

[Gellert squeezes Crocker's limp noodle handshake with the other man's both hands. Crocker squints his eyes in his reply you can hear the pain]

Yes, it has been. Almost two months, actually.

That long? Time really must fly when your mind is otherwise occupied.

[In fact, time is travelling slower in this world - Denzel may even find that if he goes back as late as 9pm in this time, not very much time will have passed in Dimmsdale at all.]

[Gellert glances to Fawkes and smiles then looks curiously to the knapsack.]

[With his hand free, now rubs the squeezed hand with his other hand. Taking a moment looking around at the enviroment and feeling horribly out of place but then it was the time period]

Just my wand. It's a tad warm to be wearing a cloak. [At least where Crocker was from and traveling though Danville where it was summer and here it was apparently summer]
Not to mention my pants pockets aren't that deep.

[Denzel continues to rub his one hand and suddently stops when he happens to notice his watch. His watch that is set for Dimmsdale time. The second hand on the wrist watch was moving slower then normal]

That's strange... I just changed the batteries. [Stating to no one. Then eyeing around again, was time moving slower back home now that he was here? That hasn't happened before but it was always a possibly]

Less then two minutes in and you're already teasing me. [Oh, Gellert]
