The problems with Muggles and why they need to be controlled.
1. Muggles have a long history of oppressing wizardkind or outright murdering us.
2. The Statute of Secrecy was put in place because of fear; fear of the Muggles.
3. Muggles will set wizards and witches on fire if they find out what we are.
4. Muggles are lesser in intelligence and in reason.
5. We must use any means, including imprisonment and force, to prevent Muggles from attacking magical people or creatures.
6. For the Muggle's own good they need to be told what to do.
7. For the Muggle's own good they need to be taught their proper place in the world.
8. For the good of the wizarding world, Muggles need to be kept under control and watched at all times.
9. Wizards need to take control of all the major political arenas.
10. Wizards should not have to hide away like vermin.
11. Wizards need to be unified and work together to rule the Muggle's greater population.
12. Wizards must dominate over Muggles and prove their power over them - simple enough once the Statute of Secrecy is abolished.

[The above writing appears to the entire community while a video appears shortly afterwards of the young Gellert writing the last lines with his quill. He looks pleased by his work, then glances around. He's in a small room, sitting on a bed with an old-fashioned flowery bedspread.]
[He then notices something and he's looking straight at the screen now. He grins.]
I made it! The portkey went smoothly and I'm here in Godric's Hollow!
Herr Albus? Can I meet you outside my great-aunt's house?
