I've just finished watching the two seasons of this excellent mystery series and all I can say is that I wish there were more. I hope ITV reconsiders and brings it back. I loved the characters, the plot lines and the setting. All in all a quality series

Oh cool, I check to see if I can get this from the library.

The fact that they're code breakers makes me think of this old sixties movie I've been trying to hunt down called Sebastian. I saw it years ago and would like to see it again. I rather like spy stories. lol

It doesn't actually deal with the operations at Bletchley so much, although it does hark back to it during the series. The actual stories are set post war and are about a group of very clue-y women who, after the war, are thrust back into civilian life and all of the 'back to the hearth, girls' attitude that entailed in those days and use their analytical, mathematical and other various skills, not to mention their sizeable brain power to solve mysteries
