After having just been on the receiving end of what nature (and human stupidity) can do, I'm sending a shout out to all in the UK who are bracing themselves for the big storm that's heading its way towards them.

I hope it turns out to be a big fizzle, but if it's as severe as expected, follow the safety, travel and flood warnings and stay safe!
