The majority of traditional media outlets made a decision to go 100% in the tank for Obama and his Democrat party this year. They also happen to be imploding. I hope it was worth it... I can't get enough!

From what I'm reading quite a few Republicans have also given up and conceding McCain's screwed...

I don't see what acknowledging that McCain is in a bad place has to do with the media's decision to fore-go their journalistic credibility...

It isn't so much that republicans are giving up - it is more that they are beginning to start over. The backlash and resulting culture war that will occur under an Obama candidacy should he be successful in implementing his refundable tax credit welfare and redistributive economic policy will be huge and if nothing else, will account for a new breed of republican leadership across the board.

I don't know, I think given a chance Obama could do some good. certainly better then a senile old man and a brain dead hockey mom.

Given a chance, anyone could do some good... Saying McCain is senile is just as fair as saying Obama is a puppet of the older, more experienced democrat political establishment that has put him in the place he is today.

As far as I am concerned raising the corporate tax rate, moving towards protected trade, offering "refundable" welfare tax credits, socializing health care, and in general spreading the wealth around... via government... is an absolute nightmare.

America is the only super power in the world because of our strong work ethic and incentive based society. Creating governmental policies that de-incentivize risk taking and hard work are no good.
