I'm all in!
Texas Hold 'Em, Monopoly money. So fun, even if I always lose.
Well yeah, about my trip. First day was a long long drive, we stopped in Vegas just for lunch. It seemed really weird to me, I went to Vegas for lunch. Pretty weird. Then we arrived at Cedar City, Utah, and stayed there for the night. Next day (Sunday, 18th) more driving, ended up in Logan, Utah and stayed there. Monday night we arrived in this ghetto hotel in West Yellowstone. So for the next three days we go around Yellowstone watching geysers erupt (which is pretty incredible to watch), staring at smoking bubbling springs that smell exactly like a rotten egg (I think it's the sulfur), and bubbling pits of mud that shoot up randomly into the air. Waterfalls too, and fields with deer, bison, and other animals. At one time we saw a herd of like 200 bison, it was pretty amazing. Then Thursday we left and arrived in Billings, Montana, I believe it was. Anyway yeah we stayed there and it was good fun. Then we went over to South Dakota and stayed in Rapid City for two nights. Saw Mt. Rushmore there, it was a mountain with heads. Pretty cool, but not worth spending the whole day there like I did. And then we went down to Nebraska on Monday I believe, might have been Sunday, I need to compute it all. Stayed in Scottsbluff, and saw another natural park there. Then we went to Colorado and stayed at a bunch of cities for the next few days that I don't remember the names to. Some Springs, and Green River, and some other city. Thursday we were in Utah again, touring national arches and crap. Then we arrived in Vegas on Friday and I met up with my "cousins" Sean and Gaby. We saw Hoover Dam (where it was like 130 degrees, literally, went off the thermometer there), and relaxed a lot. Then home, where I am now. I love home. Out on my trip, my cell phone didn't work half the time. It pissed me off, I couldn't make calls. And sometimes it would connect and I could hear everything the other person was saying but they couldn't hear a damn thing I said. My pockets felt empty on that trip too. I always have my keys and wallet in one pocket, phone in the other. I didn't really need my keys or wallet, (wallet on like two occassions) and my phone wasn't working like I said, so there really was no point.
Well yeah, yesterday I went over to Lian's and a bunch of people were there. I liked Lawrence's slippers, they were totally pimped out pink. And we went to Denny's and it was wild. I played the sugar game against Aaron, and I lost 4 times. 4 packets of sugar, straight to my head. Then we went back to Lian's and played Cranium. Me, Lawrence, and Aaron against Lian, Mark, Mike, and Adrian, who I had just met that day. Naturally, Lawrence, Aaron, and I won, because whenever there's a question about something, I'm always right. Then we played Hold 'Em afterward with Monopoly money, I managed to lose like 5000 dollars somehow. I never won a single time, my pairs were always lower, and whenever I had a good hand someone had one better. Sucked on ice.
Today I went and played basketball with Lawrence, Aaron, Tom, and Fuder. We didn't get around to much basketball, but I totally owned everyone anyway. And Fuder told riddles and I answered them all right. Then we played more Hold 'Em at Aaron's house, and I lost like 6,500 dollars there. But I actually won two hands, so I'm improving.
