One Problem Solved
So I've solved one problem, the roommate who stole and I have talked and he's agreed to find another place. I just cannot trust him. He understands, or at least claims to, and said he wasn't angry with me. I'm happy that so far this has ended amicably and peacefully. More to come with an iFriends post.
