Been A Couple of Days

Work is still a PITA. I'm so tired of our REGULAR customers asking me for sirloin before 4 pm Mon-Sat. Heck from what I understand up until about 2 years ago we didn't serve steak except on the weekends. I mean, how pathetic do you have to be to keep asking for the same thing time again and to be given the same answer time again. How long does that take to sink in that you will not be receiving sirloin steak before 4pm Mon-Sat or before 10:45 am on Sunday? Is it some deranged hope? Because if it is, I have news for ya. If we start serving steak all day everyday, the price of a meal will go up during breakfast and lunch hours. Sirloin is not a cheap cut of meat.

Talked with Leslie last night about some stuff that had been bothering me.

Had some really weird dreams. The first one was more scary then weird, so much so that I wouldn't go back to sleep until I could get that dream out of my mind. I don't remember exactly what disturbed me so about it, but I was nearly brought to tears from it, and thats a first for me. The second dream was weird in that my perspective was from the main female in my dream. I was in some magical place and I decided to leave to search for my mom, but before doing so I had to help a friend of mine and that was weird because I had to fight his mom. I can't remember too much more about that one but it was definitely odd.

I played Guild Crack last night for several hours. It was nice, unfortunately I did something sort of stupid. I sold off all my crafting materials, then proceeded to buy 6 signet's of capture (you Guild Wars players will know that is) and two other Mesmer skills (one from domination, the other with no attribute). Ah well, got to catch them all. ;) I tried to go to Kessex Peak with henchies. I can make it there from ToA, but those Veratas are insanely difficult and the Mes boss there is uber-tough, even for a lvl 24 (and I also found the spawn point of the Caromi Wing Lord, a nice lvl 28 that I can get up to 80xp from, woo) boss. Lord Timot from Turning Back the Skales was less difficult with just one player and one or two hench.

Guild Wars is definitely the poor man's EverQuest or World of Warcraft. Yes, it costs $50 to buy the game, but dang it if it doesn't cost anything to connect to their server and play to your hearts content. All you people paying a monthly fee are really getting raped without lube. Your choice, though.
