Brian came up from Pittsburgh. He has been having trouble adjusting to the school environment and he lost it. I really need a boyfriend that helps me fix issues instead of simply creating more.
My ideal guy:
Thoughtful
Smart
Wise
Ambitious
Proactive
Likes Video Games
Can be with me and not need to be entertained
Is Philisophical
Believes in Loyalty
Is Optimistic without being bubbly
Adaptable
I told my friend that I would help him get some confidence in interviewing. He says that he always gets really nervous, hates networking, and is considering if the MBA program was right for him. Certainly it was, he has extreme talent. I told him this. But I don't like my friends not being happy with where they're at, so I'll have to work with him on realizing his potential.
So, Brian came up, stayed a few days. We went out and he got fed, because he's been living off ramen noodles. I got him Resident Evil 4. I picked up a bunch of things from Walmart that he needed, and bought him groceries (again, someone who can FIX problems is what I need, not someone that causes me additional stress).
Unfortunately, I think most gay people are completely incompetent at managing their own lives. Though I think many do better than people in general.
