Things are near completion...
Soon my Dark Army will be ready to strike. Rilth has done well with the cyberdemons I gave him and they have worked nonstop for nearly two months now. Using the information stolen from Puma-Dyne and the Defense center, it will take more than what the Enforcers have to stop me!
There have been a few more hitches in my plans, but hitches that can be dealt with later once I take this city. Matrix hasn't been found though Glitch has and seems to be helping out someone who may prove to later be able to defeat me. For now, Spinner and Rilth are responsible for finding this kitten of a she-kat for me.
Soon I will have my Dark Kat City and the Enforcers nor the SWAT Kats will be able to take it from me!
