I have just over one month to create a town; build it, populate it and make it come alive... and then promptly rip it to pieces by unleashing hoards of shambling undead in it.
It's moments like this that really remind you just how much fun writing can be.
(I'm so far resisting calling this doomed town 'Amalgam' after Bill Bryson's mythical perfect American town, although 'Astoria' is quite high on my list... (in CoX, one of the zones is called Dark Astoria, and it's full of zombies).
In other news, a migraine has leapt on me out of nowhere, so I'm probably going to be quiet again now for the rest of the evening.
