I think something somewhere is in retrograde. There are just too many strange little things going on right now for there to be any other explanation.
My legs hurt, for example. My lower legs and shins, to be exact. And I can't figure out for the life of my why they're hurting, other than the blanket response of "It's the CFS, duh." It's quite... annoying.
Gmail also seems to be acting up. As in, it took a small load of comments that people had left on a post I made (I posted my second clown story in
musemuggers, and people actually liked it) and hid them as add-ons to another email from a few weeks ago. So I didn't actually find them till this morning, when they finally started showing up as unread. Cue having to respond late to said replies, feelins slightly sheepish as I do so because I never thought to check the actual comm (the old worry over having people look over my work is still there, it seems, albeit reduced significantly from the old days when I would very nearly hide under the desk).
And finally, I got an interesting letter from the university yesterday. In it, they inform me that my loan cheque is waiting for me at the university (which is mildly surprising, as even thought I know the SLC was sending it out, they haven't actually told me yet), but they're not sure what to do as I've apparently been an intermitting student from the university since February 15. Which is most definately news to me.
All very strange... did I accidentally hex myself, I wonder?
In other news, it was
lordxantar's birthday yesterday, and although he doesn't seem too happy about it at the moment, I'm going to wish him the continued use of all his limbs for as long as he wants or needs them. Which seems like a pretty objective thing for someone on their birthday.
