+ SunnyBrat finished off her exams today, so she's officially done with high school forEVAH. So proud of her. Now, we've just gotta convince SmileyBrat to stay at school for another four years...
+ On Tuesday arvo outside Central I walked past someone who looked a heck of a lot like blackrabbit, and she was peering at me oddly. That could've either been a faint glimmer of recognition, or complete bafflement at the sight of me wearing my hoodie in 25 degree heat (having just got off a train where the a/c was set to "Arctic").
+ Thanks to leftvegdrunk for this hilarious little anti-terrorism parody, so appropriate this close to Melbourne Cup day.
+ My next mix CD is going to be all covers, I've decided after some discussion with noogles. There's some absolute classics I'm sure haven't crossed my mind yet, so feel free to chime in if you can think of a brilliant cover version that may have escaped my notice. (and yes, I'm still going to send out Aussie mix CDs to those who've asked - just compiling my playlist)
+ Looking forward to next weekend - going to Leura with Mich, Kaz and Pat. It's going to be great! Though I'll need to find a nice big notebook in which to scribble, seeing as I'll be in the first week of NanoWriMo.
