This was yesterday though.
But I still looked at puppies. I'm trying to find a local breeder of Basenjis, which are cute little fox dogs that don't (CAN'T) bark and can climb a chain link fence.
It doesn't count as neglect if your dog is a mute escape artist.
The pound didn't have any twenty pound cats... That made me sad.
