Yep, he reminded me of the outpatients from the county mental health center who stagger-walk over to Meadowlark Coffee from their halfway houses and sit at the outdoor tables, smoking and drinking coffee. Every now and then one of them decides to check his image in the faint reflection of a window, so the people sitting indoors are treated to something very similar to this Gallo-like display.
