Been reading too much pre-game Final Fantasy VII fics. I really want to read an AU where Sephiroth didn't go nuts. Or when he was younger, he didn't become the General or somethin.
Or just, pre-game when Sephiroth isn't nuts.

Also, I'm wondering where people got Zack's characterisation from. Last Order? Or just, if Zack isn't the kiddish personality, he'd have gone insane. And plus, it's just funner to annoy Sephiroth all the time. :)
And why, from the few fics that I've seen, does Reno seem to come from a street rat history?
