You were meant to paste the code into (for example) Word and once you've changed the URL tags and the usernames, you were meant to copy the full code, paste it underneath and change the LASTN to FRIENDS for the repeated version - until you do that, your friends page won't change :) It's up to you of course!

Erm, you appear to be having issues with your header - it's smaller then it should be! This is often a problem with photobucket (and therfore possibly other image hosting services) - if the image is larger then 250kb, it'll reduce the file size and hence the picture size as well. You'll need to compress the image, or save it as a gif (I think that should work)
