Well it's almost the weekend.
I cut out all my sugared sodas this week. Yeah, no more Mt Dew to start my work day. Wasn't that hard to quit. It's amazing how easy it is to stay at or under 2000 calories a day when you don't drink Mt Dew.
I've got the 4th off. I think it's going to be a family thing. BBQ and ritas.
I start my workout effort July 10th. That's when mom goes back to work and I won't have her around to "help and motivate" me while I work out.
My birthday is the 11th. About a week away and my family hasn't even asked what I want to do or what I want. I'm working on the 11th, so that means I'll probably celebrate it this weekend with my friends and then next with my family.
I've only taken in about 900 calories today and my tummy says it wants more, so this is where I go make some dinner.
