well I think it's fucked up that you go and write such things on a subject you know little to nothing about. This is Andrew's journal. If he's really so hurt by all this, he would make the effort to write about it himself. I've never known Andrew to not write about something that really bothers him. If you have a problem with all this, go write in your own fucking journal about it. Arrogant prick. You haven't known Andrew, or the situation long enough for your opinion to matter. Your feeble attempt at justifying your claims that everyone's lying about trying to contact Andrew simply because at "the party" no one tried to talk to him is further proof of your ignorance on the whole matter. This has been going on longer than that. By the time the whole party thing happened, the damage had been done, that's why no one tried to talk to him, they had already tried countless times before and had pretty much given up on him. I'm not saying that's right. Karp knows I didn't agree with them giving up on him, even though they'd been trying for a long time and kept getting slapped in the face with the harsh reality that Andrew just obviously no longer has any interest in being their friend. One can think that their venting and "bashing" LJ posts were a little dramatic, but it isn't hard to see the logic behind it. They've been friends for years. Go back a ways in this journal and there's even a post Andrew wrote stating that he really doesn't see himself keeping most of his current friends in the future except for Karp and Mikey, his best friends, who he could see himself with forever. So they went from that, to people who he no longer makes attempts to hang out with, or return phone calls, or act like he gives a shit about. Of course they're going to be a little upset over this, don't you think? Realize that those posts weren't made by assholes who suddenly decided to hate their friend. They were deeply hurt and just sick of putting up with it. You can't expect someone to not write about their feelings on their livejournal for God's sake. And it's not like they were doing it to piss Andrew off, he hasn't even been on LJ for a very long time. No one figured he gave a shit enough to bother reading what they had to write. And don't you fucking dare compare yourself to them stating what a "real friend" you are and what shitty friends they are. Like I said, you haven't been here long enough and don't know shit. They were real friends.
I agree with Lucy people change and it's part of life. It hurts but that's just the way it is. Karp and Mikey realized things won't ever be the same so they expressed their pain and moved on. They weren't going to linger on the matter any more.
Your entry was amusing, but that's pretty much it. If you were trying to get sympathy for poor Andrew, and wanted Karp and Mikey to re-think their actions and actually feel guilty for it, you failed. All this has done is shown them the sad truth of what they've been traded in for. Someone who calls himself "Andrew's friend" but is too much of a coward to even state his name.
