It’s time to catch up with stuff in my life.
So, things have not been going to well. Reggie Arvizu passed away on April 8. Here is the story. He had a bad head cold that has been going around. He went to Kaiser to get medication. He is allergic to penicillin. The stupid ass woman doctor gave him penicillin even after he told her that he was allergic. She never wrote it down so the nurses didn’t know so they could even stop the prescription fill even if they tried. He had a really bad allergic reaction and went back to get treated but Kaiser tried to cover it up and say it was something else. They kept saying that he has a bad heart. Why couldn’t they just treat him for their mistake and get him better? He finally got moved to some hospital in L.A. I think it’s called Sinai Hospital. They were trying everything there. Since the reactions made the infected blood cells “eat” the new ones, he was unable to produce blood. He had to go through chemotherapy. He was doing so good the night before he died. I guess it was his time to go. It’s okay though since I know he is in a better place. He led over a thousand people to GOD. No joke either. That is a solid number. You can say that’s not possible but with GOD all things are possible. He was a very good man. There is not one bad thing I can say about him. He was a wonderful person. His wife Mindi could hardly deal with it. She loved him so much. I admire their relationship so much. When I went to the viewing I could see the all bruises that Kaiser had left from their needles. They did an autopsy because Mindi is going to sue Kaiser. Good for Her.
Sal went to the funeral with he. I was glad he was there. I needed someone to comfort me. Reggie’s son Reggie Jr. “Fieldy” is in Korn so Sal and Santiago took a picture with him. He was drunk the whole time. Sal was very ill-ish because of his back so he slept in the car until we felt. I was being so rude to Sal the whole time. I didn’t mean to. It was just the anger I had for Reggie’s lose. He just kept saying stuff I didn’t want to hear.
Well, that’s about all.
Love,
Audrey
