When was my last post...
No, seriously, when was my last post. I think it has been quite a while, I can't remember at all. But, I guess there is lots to talk about.
So, yesterday on my break at work I bought the Neon Genesis Evangelion Perfect Collection. Hahaha, all the episodes for a hefty sum of $207. Totally worth it, my parents are going to kill me, but whatever.
Oh yeah, I am on the last boss of .Hack//Infection. I actually died..It surpirsed me and kind of took me off guard, because I haven't died in a game in a very long time. I mean, very long. But, I'm glad that it did, because I finally have somewhat of a challange, I realized my mistake right after I died, so I will kick it's ass next time.
I watched Kill Bill again. Heh, I love that movie, and the music is so good. I watched the Making Of on the DVD before I went to work, it was pretty interesting. Oh, and speaking of Kill Bill, I has to film the part for my friends' movie Destroy Roy, a play on Kill Bill. It is actually quite good, the script is pretty well done. They are just doing it because they have a ComTech assignment/culminating task to do, but it is going to be fun. I'm only gonna be in it for like..10-15 minutes, I'm the first to be killed off, so whatever. It will be fun.
We were cleaning out my dad's closet yesterday, and I took some clothes. I took these tight-leg jeans, they are so cool, totally 80's, and a weird coloured flanel shirt, and one of those vest things that people wore over shirts in the 70's. It is really cool, and I like this because 1. I didn't have to pay for anything, and 2. It is different, because you won't really see too many people walking around with the clothes that I have acquired.
Oh yeah, I'm starting this band that will probably never lift off the ground but it would be fun to do - It is a video game cover band. So, I need a bassist (probably me), a guitarist - maybe two, a drummer, and a pianist, and maybe a chelloist/violinist. Probably no need for a vocalist. I dunno, I'll see how it turns out, heh.
I think I might finally get my comic/manga off the ground soon. I am going to talk to my friend tommorow to see if he wants to be my illustrator, since we don't have any specific dates and it is just for fun, see if he wants to do it. I have a story, so all I have to do is see if he is interested, and if so get together one day so we can do a rough run for a couple of scenes. Mainly just to see if we can apply our ideas together, so, my scriptwriting with his drawing, and see if we can both accept changes in either script or drawing if we don't feel something is right, etc, etc.
Went to my friend Jake's house today, we had to work on a religion presentation. We did about..30 minutes of actual work, since that is all it took, and then we just watched a bunch of Weekend Updates he downloaded from the site, friken hilarious. I love Saturday Night Live.
Man, I am starting my volunteer hours soon, I am not going to be home like each day of the week until late. Since, whenever I am not volunteering, I'll be working, and it will be like this for about two weeks. Ugh, that's gonna suck.
At least this week is a bit of a downer, I have tests, but I am not working or anything the day before, so it won't be as stressful. And I got my Japanese presentation done, so that is good also; I think it went alright, I hope I get a good mark, now I just have to start studying for the exam either this week or next. I might start this week since I don't know what next week will bring.
Oh, and before I forget, this month Invader Zim - One of my favorite Nickolodean shows/favorite shows in general (Thanks Valeria for introducing it to me a long time ago), is coming out on DVD. That is sooooo cool, and there are special features and stuff of course, but yeah, it's just awesome.
