Last week :-
This was one of the best weeks I have had for a very very long time. I first of all had the whole week off, which in itself is a brilliant thing but the real plus was I got to spend a large amount of time with my 2 children.
My ex had to work every morning of the week and as it was schools break I jumped at the chance to get time with them.
We had easter eggs loads of silly jump on dad type games and I really really got to know my youngest (Sophie), it seems odd that its taken so long to get to know her, but she is very much a mummies gal, where as Emily is very much a Daddies girl.
I will miss them this week as I am working unsociable hours for them, and they are going to see their Gran at the end of the week and their great gran so this coming weekend is going to seem odd not seeing them at all.
I hope to see Welshie this weekend, she has some fun and games planned and I have to fix some new hard drives to her and my ex's fathers computers so I am to be very busy. Roll on next monday when I have both my kids over to stay for tea etc and seeing Welshie...they are my forthcoming highlights...can I wait...F**K no I can't !
